Class Descriptions

  • Pilates for hypermobility class focuses on joint stabilization and control. Students will use Reformers, springwalls and mat props to engage in low load, closed chain movements.

    Class is limited to 5 students and moves at a focused pace to ensure proper alignment.

  • Gentle focused-paced class is great for those new to Pilates, recovering from an injury, those with chronic pain and those who want to focus on their form.  Loaded flexion exercises are avoided and modifications are provided.

    Through a supportive spring resistance training this workout will focus on breathing, alignment and body movement mechanics.

  • All levels are welcome! We aim for a moderate pace while offering modifications. Class is based on Pilates principles, alignment, coordination, and body movement mechanics.

  • This is a fun and fast-paced workout for those who feel comfortable with an intermediate level reformer workout.

    Class will include cardio intervals using the jumpboard, lunges, squats, balance moves standing on the Reformer and body weight moves using the TRX system.

Private Pilates Lessons

Private lessons are fully customized for the client’s individual needs and goals. Ideal if you are new to Pilates, recovering from an injury, or have a special need that is not easily addressed in a group setting.
